The following information from NEC approved caterers is merely a small sample of the many food and beverage items the caterers can provide for your event. Big or small, formal or casual, NEC caterers are capable of meeting all your food and beverage needs. Please note that these caterers can customize any menu to reflect personal tastes and needs. Services may vary according to your needs. Examples of services include:

Sautéed Chicken Breast: Deboned Breast of Chicken Sautéed with Mushroom Sherry Cream Sauce served with Cranberry Wild Rice and Toasted Pecans.
Cranberry Brisket: Roasted and Marinated with Fresh Herbs Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
Louisiana-Style Crawfish Etoufee: Stewed to Perfection Served Over a Bed of Rice.
Roast Pork Loin Au Jus: Roasted Pork Loin Stuffed with Garlic and Rosemary, Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
Chicken Madeline: Deboned Breast of Chicken Topped with a Creamy White Wine Sauce served with Honey Mint Glazed Carrots.
Cajun Fettuccini: Fresh Louisiana Seafood combined with a melody of Garden Fresh Vegetables and Andouille Sausage served over Pasta.
Chicken and Andouille Gumbo: The Ducournau’s Chicken Bouillon with Fresh Andouille Sausage served over Rive, Sensation Salad and Fresh Dinner Rolls.

Appetizers:
Bacon wrapped scallops, meat pies, crab cakes, fried alligator, gumbo, chicken k-bobs, crawfish dip, artichoke dips, cheeses, vegetables, shrimp & crab claws.

Plated Dinners:
All dinner are served complete with potato, vegetable, salad, dessert, and drink.
Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, tender Ribeye, Broiled Salmon, Chicken Louisiane, Garlic Chicken with shrimp, Grilled Catfish, and Red Snapper with lobster sauce.

Buffets (40 min):
Choice of two or three entrees all served complete with bread, vegetables, potato, dessert, and drink.
Chicken Louisiane, Prime Rib, Fried Catfish, Baked Salmon, Chicken Parmesan, Crawfish Etouffee, Crab cakes Shrimp Fettuccine, Pork Tenderloin, and Fried Seafood.

Wine
Some of our most popular wines for parties are Woodbridge, Sutter Home, Coyote Creek and Yellowtail. We carry hundreds of labels of wine with access to hundreds more. We also carry over 50 labels of Champagne.

Spirits
Our spirits selection is superb. We stock the widest selection of spirits, cordials, prepared cocktails, mixers, waters, soft drinks, fruit juices, bar syrups, condiments, garnishes, olives, citrus fruits and sauces you could possibly need to make any cocktail to drink. We also carry limited edition spirits and cordials.

Beer
Our beer selection is one of the best in Central Louisiana. We stock over 50 brands of imports and microbrews and over 25 brands of domestic beer. We carry 7 ounce bottles, 12 ounce bottles, 16 ounce bottles, 16 ounce aluminum bottles, 6 ounce cans, 10 ounce cans, 12 ounce cans and a variety of other presentations for beer.

Bartenders
Our bartenders are certified by the Louisiana Responsible Vendors Program and are the best around. We pride ourselves in having polite, knowledgeable bartenders who aim to please our clients.

We have glasses, frozen drink machines and a champagne fountain available for rent.
